Deposit:

We will reserve your booking with a reservation confirmation. Outstanding amount:

The outstanding amount will be settled with you at the hotel.

Payment possibilities:

CASH with 2 % discount on the accommodation costs, credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro

Cancellation:

In the case of cancellation within 21 days before the booked arrival date or earlier departure we will charge cancellation fees in accordance with the International Hotel Guideline. We recommend you offload the risk of cancellation fees on to us. For a fee of EURO 25 per person you are well insured against any cancellation fees which arise.
