Booking Info

All prices are per person and night in Euros including all taxes and fees, all booked services, and the Kramerhof inclusive services.

For offers designated as being packages, the content of the offers stated therein applies in respect to the services as well as the number of overnight stays.

Visitor's tax:
The statutory visitor's tax (at the moment € 2,60 per person/night) will be charged separately.

In 2025 children born 2009 and older have to pay visitor's tax, in 2026 teenagers from 2010 on.

Single occupancy surcharge:

€ 26,- per person/day 

Night with breakfast only:
minus €12,- per adult/day

Pets:
Pets are allowed (not in the hotel dining room). We charge € 21,- per day (not incl. food).

Arrival & departure:
Arrival from 3:00 pm, please advise late arrivals from 6:00 pm, departure by 10:00 am

Deposit:
When booking rooms, we will provisionally reserve a room on your behalf. The reservation will then be confirmed when we receive a deposit of € 200 per room by a bank transfer (free of charge) to the following account:

Payment of balance:
You can pay the remainder of your balance on-site either by CASH or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, EC). It's not possible to pay for account.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellations are free until 30 days before the booked day of arrival.

For cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date, late arrival or earlier departure, we charge cancellation costs according to international hotel regulations.

These are the following: 30 – 15 days before the day of arrival 40%, 14 – 8 days before 70% and within the last 7 days 90% of the booked arrangement.

We recommend that you pass the risk of cancellation fees on to us. For a fee of € 30 per adult and € 15 per child, you will be protected against any cancellation costs that should arise.
